1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules that apply when you use finqt. It supplements our Terms of Use and applies to all users, accounts, devices, and feature surfaces.

2. Use the Services Lawfully and Responsibly

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm Finqt, other users, third parties, or the integrity, security, or availability of the Services.

You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, export controls, sanctions restrictions, platform rules, and third-party terms that apply to your use.

3. Account and Identity Abuse

You may not:

  • create accounts using false, stolen, or misleading information
  • impersonate another person, business, or authority
  • share, sell, lend, or transfer account access
  • use another person's credentials without authorization
  • create replacement accounts to evade suspensions, bans, credit limits, or other controls

You also may not use disposable contact details, automation infrastructure, or deceptive account-linking practices to hide related accounts or circumvent our fraud and abuse controls.

4. Content and Upload Restrictions

You may not submit, upload, store, generate, or share content that:

  • is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or abusive
  • infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights
  • contains malware, exploits, ransomware, malicious scripts, or harmful code
  • contains sexual exploitation material, child-safety violations, or other prohibited content
  • includes personal data of others without permission or another valid legal basis
  • is fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to mislead users about markets, products, outcomes, or identity

This applies to prompts, chat messages, images, notes, rules, moods, feature requests, support messages, and any other material you provide through the Services.

If you upload market screenshots, personal notes, or other documents, you must ensure that you have the right to provide them and that they do not expose confidential third-party information, employer-confidential data, restricted research, or personal data you are not legally entitled to process.

5. Platform, Network, and Data Abuse

You may not:

  • scrape, crawl, data-mine, copy, or harvest the Services or their content at scale
  • use bots, scripts, or automation in a way that burdens, manipulates, or circumvents the Services
  • reverse engineer, decompile, probe, or attempt to discover source code or hidden interfaces except where applicable law forbids restricting that right
  • interfere with security features, rate limits, moderation systems, credits, quotas, or access controls
  • exploit vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, APIs, models, or data
  • use the Services to build, benchmark, train, or validate a competing product, dataset, or model without our written permission

This restriction applies whether the misuse is performed manually, through automated tooling, through emulator or device farms, through reverse proxying, or through any workflow intended to disguise the scale or purpose of the activity.

6. AI Misuse

You may not use AI features to:

  • generate unlawful, abusive, or rights-infringing material
  • obtain instructions for fraud, hacking, violence, evasion, or wrongdoing
  • automate spam, scams, impersonation, or large-scale manipulation
  • try to bypass safety systems, moderation, quotas, or usage controls
  • process content you do not have the right to submit
  • misrepresent AI output as verified professional advice or guaranteed fact

You may not use AI features to mass-produce manipulative market narratives, impersonation content, fraudulent support messages, fabricated credentials, fake testimonials, or misleading financial claims.

7. Market and Financial Misuse

You may not use the Services in connection with:

  • market manipulation or deceptive trading activity
  • unlawful promotions, pump-and-dump schemes, or false signaling
  • insider dealing or misuse of confidential market information
  • sanctions evasion, money laundering, or unlawful fundraising
  • misleading other users about your identity, qualifications, or trading performance

If you use information from the Services in a community, private group, or professional context, you remain solely responsible for ensuring that you do not misstate the source, certainty, timing, or limitations of that information.

8. Commercial and Resale Restrictions

Without our written permission, you may not:

  • resell access to the Services or their outputs
  • use the Services for unauthorized lead generation or solicitation
  • copy, repackage, or redistribute our content, datasets, sponsored placements, or ad inventory
  • present the Services or their outputs as your own product or service

9. Security and Abuse Reporting Cooperation

If we investigate suspected abuse, you agree not to interfere with that investigation. We may require reasonable information to verify ownership, resolve fraud concerns, or assess misuse.

You may not intentionally submit false abuse reports, false chargeback claims, or false security allegations.

You also may not use refund systems, chargeback channels, unauthorized-purchase claims, or platform-support flows in bad faith after substantial use, consumption of credits, or delivery of digital entitlements.

10. Enforcement

If we believe you violated this Policy, we may investigate and take action, including:

  • removing or disabling content
  • issuing a warning
  • limiting features, credits, quotas, or account access
  • revoking paid entitlements connected to abuse
  • suspending or terminating accounts
  • preserving evidence
  • notifying affected third parties, platform operators, or law enforcement where appropriate

We may act immediately where needed to protect users, the Services, or legal compliance.

In deciding how to respond, we may consider the severity of the conduct, whether the conduct was repeated, whether it appears intentional, whether third parties were harmed, whether paid features or credits were abused, and whether the activity creates legal, sanctions, fraud, or platform-policy risk.

We are not required to provide advance notice if doing so could compromise a security review, fraud investigation, legal hold, or regulatory obligation.
